Group Fitness Classes
In a group fitness class, exercises are performed in a group and are supervised by a personal trainer or group teacher.
Cardio kickboxing is a type of group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with high-intensity cardio. This high-energy workout will test both novice and elite athletes.

Tue – Thurs: 8:30am – 9:00pm
Friday: 8:30am – 7:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am – 12:00pm
